I'll go with Buccaneers. Not just because I grew up there most of my life, but also because Brady is historically known to be much better in post season games.
Yes, the Chiefs have Kelce and Tyreek Hill, and yes they dominated them for the most part of the season game they had. Brady did end up bringing them back to where all they needed was a field goal to tie, he just ended up never getting the ball back.
And remember the Saints games? They lost pretty bad the first time, the second time they got humiliated, but the 3rd time, post season game, Bucs beat them.
Same with the Packers. Everyone said in their season game that the Pacs lost to Tampa, "Oh Rodgers just had a really really bad game and the entire team basically quit trying in the 4th quarter because they were so far behind".
Well, now Rodgers had homefield advantage, and went on and on about how the cold will end up helping them beat the Bucs easily. Oh really? Rodgers got everything he wanted in that game homefield advantage, the ice cold weather, even got Davante Adams and Jaire Alexander back, and Brady threw 3 interceptions, and they still couldn't win.
I know the Chiefs are a totally different animal just solely on the fact that they have Mahomes (who didn't make MVP, Rodgers did). And yes, I know Mahomes can scramble under pressure. And Kelce and Tyreek are basically the only 2 weapons he needs to win a game.
They did lose 2 of their starting tackles though, and Vita Vea is now back to help stop the rush. As long as they use a different defensive scheme this time around, and learned that putting single coverage on Tyreek the entire game was the worst decision they ever made since the Bucs cornerbacks and safeties aren't exactly very good.
I know their defense doesn't play much Zone, and generally mostly Blitz. But when you have Tyreek and Kelce, it might be better to keep a linebacker or two back in zone coverage to help shut down the middle of the field.
And also, Bucs have the most to prove, and lose. It's been over a decade since they last made it to the Superbowl. Chief's are at a level to where they can make the Superbowl each year.
When in doubt in post season, trust the guy with now 10 superbowl appearances and 6 rings on his fingers.

Chiefs are going to win, The defense was the star against a Bills offense that was very good, shut down Diggs (the leagues leading WR) and shut down one of the better, up and coming QBs. With Edwards-Elaire back and Bell being healthy for the game as well as probably Sammy Watkins that really is a bad deal for Tampa. Brady is the GOAT but this is Mahomes time, the kid will find a way to win, the turf toe will be healed by then and Brady just can't throw 3 picks against this team. Mahomes will just carve them up the way he did the last time.
Chiefs 42-25

Technically he didn't "carve them up". It ended 27-24. Now Vita Vea is back, and coupled with Suh in the middle, it is going to be extremely hard to run up the middle. And in no way can you compare Bills to the Bucs. The Bucs have a much better defense and can bring edge blitzes rather easily with Barrett and JPP. Also, don't forget about Devin White and Lavonte David in the middle. They are amazing at blitzing and shutting down the run.
I'll give you that the cornerbacks are barely average, because that is the truth. And also going to be a big factor if Whitehead and Winfield are able to play, same with AB.
The Chiefs only really have 2 good people who can get after the quarterback, and the Bucs OLine shut that down in the second half.
Also, yes, the Bills have Diggs, but that is pretty much it.
Josh Allen is good, but no Brady. And they don't have anything close to the offensive weapons (and defensive) that the Bucs have.
Evans, Godwin, Brate, Gronk, Miller, possibly AB if he is cleared. Johnson has also been looking pretty good the last few games. And Fournette has been a mad man in the post season, not so much RoJo.
Right now they are playing MUCH better than they were in their first matchup and Chiefs are still playing on the same level.
Bucs also have homefield advantage, and Brady is known to be much better in post season games than regular season games.
Really, I still think it is going to come down to if they change the defense up this time to better cover Hill. No more 1 man coverage on him, because that was just stupid. They should of known they were going to get destroyed if they do that.
