PRESHOW: SKYLIGHT VERSUS LYNN
The referee does the pre-match check on Sarah Lynn. Then they walk over to Gothica. Gothica has her 2x4 at the ready. Then the referee motions for her to put outside the ring. She begrudgingly does so. Then the referee checks for her any other foreign objects and gives the nod that she is good to go.
Then they signal for the bell. Then they lock up via a collar and elbow and see who will gain the advantage. Then Gothica backs Sarah into a corner as the referee tries to see if a clean break will occur. It appears she does but once the referee has backed away, Gothica bitch slaps Sarah square on the jaw. Sarah reels a bit before she gets a look of anger across her face. Then as Gothica starts to taunt her, Sarah suddenly charges at Gothica and nails her with a Running Crossbody Block. She lays on top of her as the referee goes down for the count…
ONE!
Gothica immediately kicks out and then rolls away as Sarah tries to keep up the pressure, Gothica grabs a hold of her ankle and picks it. She attempts to lock in an Ankle Lock but can’t quite get the grip she needs. Then Sarah spins a bit which causes Gothica to be flung a bit. Then Sarah waits for Gothica to get back and then as Gothica tries to attack, she gets a kick to the chest which causes Gothica to double over. Then Sarah signals for the end and quickly does her finisher, a Twist of Fate.
Then she covers Gothica by hooking her near leg as the referee makes the count…
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Then the bell sounds as Trip The Darkness plays and Sarah’s hand is raised in victory. Then Sarah leaves the ring with a smile on her face. Then Gothica is helped to the back by some orderlies.
WINNER: SARAH LYNN
PRESHOW: LOBOS DE LA MUERTE VERSUS SPOOKY SCARY SKELETONS
The referee does the pre-match check on The Spooky Scary Skeletons and Lobos de La Muerte. Then the referee signals for the bell. As soon as the bell sounds, chaos ensues and Mike Lavicle and Dark Wolf go at it as at the same time Hugh Merus and Rey Lobo go at it as well. Then after a few moments of this, Rey Lobo and Mike Lavicle are now the two members of each team that are officially in the ring.
Then they start to circle one another before Mike Lavicle hits Rey Lobo with a vicious looking Elbow Smash as Rey was trying to come in for a strike of some kind. Then Mike starts to taunt Rey Lobo by doing some kind of dance. Then as Rey tries to come in for another strike, Mike hits him with one of his signatures, a Dropsault. Then once Rey Lobo hits the mat, Mike rolls to tag in Hugh Merus. Then Hugh just looks at Rey Lobo as Rey tries to stand up, Hugh just blasts him with his own signature strike, a Bicycle Kick. This causes Rey Lobo to fall onto the mat once more. Dark Wolf tries to get his brother to give him a tag but then is met with Necrosis scaring him away by screaming towards him.
Then Hugh picks up Rey and brings him over to their corner as he sets up Rey for their finisher, the Compression Fracture. Then Hugh lifts him up into the Package Piledriver position as Mike comes crashing onto Rey with a Flying Double Stomp. Then Hugh rolls Rey into a pin as the referee makes the count…
ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
Then the referee raises their hands in victory as Necrosis slithers her way into the ring and scares the referee away as she raises their hands in victory. Then the referee and Dark Wolf help Rey Lobo to the back as The Spooky Scary Skeletons dance for a moment before heading to the back.
WINNERS: THE SPOOKY SCARY SKELETONS
The scene comes up in the front yard of the Sanatorium and we see Paige Matthews arriving on the scene wearing a nice white blouse shirt, black leggings, black heel boots, white shades, and her purse on her shoulder. We hear the inmates yelling out loud and she breathes in silently. She wasn’t sure why she decided to come back to this place knowing the history she had here. She takes off her shades and starts thinking.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
Why did I agree to this? This place? This place holds many dark secrets of my past -- yet, here I am once again. I'm most definitely out of my mind right now.
Then as she is pondering this, Stephen Quinn can be seen walking up in a nice trench coat, black slacks, and a white dress shirt with a nice vest, and on his feet is a pair of Doc Martens.
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
Miss Matthews, pleasure seeing you. You like you’ve seen a ghost. What’s wrong?
She looks at him but still has the shivers going up and down her spine. This place still scares her to this day.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
This place? It still haunts me to this day. I remember everything about this place and it’s like Deja vu. Those dreams of this place still give me the creeps.
He looks at her and chuckles a bit.
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
Seriously? This palace is tame compared to what I did when I was a soldier and a police officer. At first, I took this gig as a kindness to Tommy but after a while, I started to like the aesthetic of the Sanatorium. Plus, I get to legally hurt and help “people” at the same time. Now with Eden in charge, this place will be better but I fear for some if they interact with that Doctor Sly guy for too long.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
I know that feeling of being a soldier, Quinn. Let’s just say, I still have dreams about that also.
She looks at him in her brown eyes. She goes into her purse and grabs a rubber band and ties her hair loosely in a ponytail.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
I think that is one of the many reasons why I was sent here in the first place. Seeing my Fiancee getting killed right in front of me during the war -- yeah, not good. To this day, I still blame myself for his death. I had a bullet with my name on it and he was the one that was shot and killed.
He looks at her and nods.
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
I understand all too well in losing loved ones in war. I had a brother who fought alongside me, he didn’t make it out of the third tour we did together. Then I had a lot of my brothers in battle die in front of me as well. I even lost a partner when I was a police officer. I still also have dreams/nightmares about them. But I’ve learned to persevere through those and become the man you still before today. But those are stories for another day.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
You’re right. Anyways, tell me about this Doctor Sly and why do you fear the patients that see him?
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
From what his file says he was a surgeon or something in Oregon and whatnot. Also, I just get these weird and almost “serial killer-like” vibes anytime I walk near that Infirmary. Plus, he smells a good bit like corpses and I think something else. But I can’t place my finger on it.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
Do you think he belongs with the rest of the inmates? Quinn, I got a job for you, alright. I want you to get more information on this Sly guy, alright? If he’s hurting the patients then you report to me. But before you do that, do you have any proof that he was for sure making the patients you know, more fearful?
He looks around for a moment.
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
I do have something. But it’s in my office. I can show the files.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
Alright, is there anything I should know about this job and how I can help the patients?
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
Also to answer your first question, yes he deserves to be locked up. But not like a regular inmate, he should be shoved into that “Red Door” we have. I can give you access to the files of the inmates you like. But be careful, some of the “inmates” may or may not want help to fix themselves. Plus, some of them were going to be placed in the traditional prison system but they were sent here instead.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
That can work. I want some of the files on my desk before the end of the show. I want to know what I’m dealing with. Oh, before I forget, who is this Elijah Copeland guy? He seems more normal than most of the patients here? Why is he here?
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
Copeland? I can give you his file if you like. Anyone else’s file you want or think you will want?
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
I want Hunters file, Edwards, and for sure Sly. As for Copeland, give me a rundown on him, Quinn. What can I expect from him?
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
I think I can do that for you. So you want Belladonna Hunter, Jonathan Edwards, and Sly’s files. Though Sly’s file may be a bit light. I was given so much from Eden. Copeland is a rich cocky kid. I think he will try to cheat to win whenever he can plus if things don’t go his way, he will try to physically beat up his opponent’s if needed. Other than that, I am not sure what to expect from most of the inmates here.
She slaps his arm like a friend and smiles at him.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
Thanks big guy. I want those files on my desk ASAP, alright?
He looks at her like it’s a sure thing.
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
Sure thing, Miss Matthews. Though, I would be careful who you try to help as well. Oh also, I heard Chris Matthews may be visiting the Sanatorium tonight as well.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
Chris? Are you sure, Quinn? Alright, thanks for letting me know. Well, I guess we should get inside, shouldn’t we?
HEAD OF SECURITY | STEPHEN QUINN
Yes, something about being on commentary I think. No problem, Miss Matthews. We should. Also, if you ever feel you need some extra security, just ask.
SANATORIUM DOCTOR | PAIGE MATTHEWS
If you say Sly is as bad as he is, I want you to keep him away from me and my patient. I’m here to make them better -- not torture them. Remember, If he even comes near me, my office, or my patients then I want you to put him down and put him inside the red door for a while.
He smiles.
PLAY BY PLAY COMMENTATOR | GIA VAN ZANT
You have my word as a soldier/police officer/head of security that he will be put down if he does anything to you, any other staff, or any of the patients/inmates. I will even let you throw away the key.

Elijah Copeland comes out wearing a black sleeveless shirt with “Copeland Era” written in gold, jeans, black dress shoes, and a black armband with “EC” written in gold. His hair is wet and drenched back. His song continues to play as he walks down the steps passing by the inmates grunting from the medicine that they were given. He finally makes his way down the steps and passes by the Plexiglass that keeps the patients from entering the combat zone. He walks towards the announcers’ table and grabs the mic that seems to be in between Hel’s arms. He reaches it but she grabs his arm.

Because neither of them give a crap about the tag division or this brand, but i do.
Lobo walks forward and asks Tora for the mic, which the Japanese wrestler gives him. He then turns his attention to the fans that were behind the plexiglass.
PRINCE OF LUCHA LIBRE | REY LOBO
When our friend told us that sanatorium was lacking in tag teams, we thought he was joking. We were shocked when we first arrived here and saw only two...TWO tag teams while Dystopia has five or six tag teams. We knew that we made the right choice to come here to not only help our friend, but also help sanatorium's tag team division.
Me and my brother have also heard that two certain mud wrestlers demand Tora to face either one of them for the belt. Yet instead of earning a title shot, they instead decide to attack him like a bunch of cowards, thinking that if they attack him enough he'll give them what they want to get rid of them. Well sorry boys, that's not gonna happen. Now that we're here, your gonna have to earn your way for a shot at the title like real wrestlers.

Quite a difference cut between these two visually. Owen Swift all color and glee-- albeit deranged. Outsider's just a black hole of a man, not answering many of the questions we had about this mystery opponent deal.

The referee trepidatiously steps forward and signals the bell rung. Owen Swift, despite his odd circumstances and to his credit, surges forward to seize the fiend with his face. Punches are thrown, and after a brief moment returned as well.

Outsider-Swift is backed into the ropes and the visual is dizzying as he's whipped off. Dropdown, leapfrog, and Outsider rebounds and returns into an armdrag. Owen goes down with him, cinching in an armbar, and Outsider scrambles towards the ropes, which aren't far off. The referee counts and Owen finally releases, Outsider clinging to the bottom rope warily... then breaks into a cackling laugh. Both make their feet, lock up again, and end up a warring ball of red jackets in the corner. Outsider gets the advantage, though you'd have to be practically psychic to know at this point, and starts laying in punches and kicks-- he's pushed off and catches his footing as he's charged, catching the oncoming Owen and suplexing him over.

However I want everyone to know that I mean everything that I say. That's right, G. A win would put Levitt back in the tournament this early on, but for Aaron it would put him halfway to the finals!
The referee does the pre-match check on Aaron Jones and Travis Levitt. Then the referee signals for the bell as Aaron and Travis circle each other before going into a collar and elbow tie up. Then after a few moments, Aaron grabs Travis’s arm in a hammerlock before causing Travis to go to the mat with an Armbar.
Then after a few moments of Aaron locking in the Armbar, Travis manages to spin out with his own Hammerlock before hitting Aaron with a series of European Uppercuts. Then after about the fifth uppercut, Travis launches Aaron into the corner. Then he looks around before leaping towards Aaron with a Corner Splash. But at the last possible second, Aaron manages to get out of the way by falling down to a seated position and rolling away. Then Aaron charges at Travis, who is stunned in the corner, and hits him with a Leaping Corner Enzuigiri.

Then Aaron kicks out not long after the referee’s hand made the two count. Then like a bolt of lightning, Aaron gets up and starts wailing on Travis with a series of Punches and Kicks. Travis tries his best to cover up. The referee informs Aaron to not use closed fists. Then Aaron whips Travis into the ropes and upon his return to him, Aaron catches him with a Frankensteiner and rolls Travis into a Rana-style pin. Then the referee makes the count…

Then Travis manages to kick out at two as well. Then Aaron looks aghast that should have put down his opposition. Then Travis gets up and looks at Aaron “like is that the best you got.” Then Aaron cracks his neck and carefully plans his next move. They circle each other before they just wail on each other with strikes such as Body Slaps, Forearm Smashes, Low Roundhouse Kicks and whatnot. After a few moments of this, Travis appears to have the advantage when he tries to hit Aaron with another Phoenix Tear. But Aaron manages to grab Travis’s arm and then quickly rolls into his finisher, the Insanity Choke (Triangle Choke.) Then the referee checks to see if Aaron’s shoulders on the mat or not. Then the referee goes to check on Travis. Travis appears to be fading fast. Then the referee raises Travis’s arm once. Then they raise it a second time. Then they raise it a third time, it appears that Travis is about to fight out of it but then his arm falls down for the third time.

Then Aaron celebrates a bit as Travis is assisted to the back by some orderlies. Then after a bit, Aaron heads to the back with a smile on his face as he attains another victory in Shogun.

He smiles.

Quite a difference cut between these two visually. Owen Swift all color and glee-- albeit deranged. Outsider's just a black hole of a man, not answering many of the questions we had about this mystery opponent deal.
Zane takes a breath to continue the introduction as Outsider approaches the ringside when Outsider's hooded robe is cast aside in a swirl of fabric and-- before us stands another Owen Swift!

This doppelganging bitch! Are you seeing this!? This must be the person who was-- was the other-me out here last episode! AAAAH!
And for once, it's not just Gia's histrionic leanings causing her to yell confusedly; most people are gasping. Even if there's something not quite right about the resemblance of this not-Swift, it's close enough to disorient.

I don't know, but I could swear other-me wasn't six foot three last time. I'm sure the skeptics will say they could've been slouching and now they're wearing boot-lifts, but I'm more than a little convinced somebody must've opened a portal to the Twilight Zone behind Sanatorium's Red Door!
Outsider-Swift climbs the ring stairs, stepping into the ring, as Owen Swift just gawks. Once in the middle of the ring, he cuts a little jig, ending it with a spin on his toes and hands extended in flair.

I'm beginning to wonder if that isn't part of the point of these theatrics? Either way, I don't envy Owen Swift his debut match here on Sanatorium.
The referee trepidatiously steps forward and signals the bell rung. Owen Swift, despite his odd circumstances and to his credit, surges forward to seize the fiend with his face. Punches are thrown, and after a brief moment returned as well.

If that's a prosthetic, it's sure holding up well to this assault from the real Owen Swift! Give 'im one for me too, Owen!

One of them finally armdrags free, snaps off a second armdrag, there's a hard boot to the gut-- stump piledriver! Cover-- feet on the ropes, but it's not seen!

The referee's hand comes down a third time, despite the hesitation in it upon realizing... he doesn't know whose pin he's actually counting. He sits up and shrugs as the bell is rung.

They want to focus on the names competing later on the main show. For that reason they refuse to tell me if any of my family, friends and even trainers have tried to contact me. However I want everyone to know that I mean everything that I say. I’m going to continue to work hard, I’m going to make everybody I know proud of me and eventually people here will take notice of me. One day I will have the freedom and attention that I deserve.

This causes Aaron to be momentarily stunned before Travis devilishly smiles and proceeds to perform one of his signatures, the Phoenix Tear (Discus Clothesline.) Then as Arron falls to the mat, Travis covers him. The referee jumps to make the count…
