We open to see “The Soulless King” Gary Black sitting in the newly designed office of the head trainer for The Isle training facility. After a few moments, a staff member walks up to him and informs him that there is a new trainer and her name is Jada Kaine.
“The Soulless King” Gary Black
“You mean as in related to Josh Kaine on Dystopia?”
The staff member nods.
“The Soulless King” Gary Black
“This should be interesting. Please go find them and bring them to me please”
The staff member nods and goes to locate Mrs. Jada Kaine. It is only a moment before the woman in question is found and brought to Gary Black. She smiles at him, pushing a stray lock of dark hair behind her ear. The newest trainer for Isle is accompanied by her longtime friend and security consultant, Mikhail Kreuz. Jada nods at him, forgoing a handshake.

You’ll have to excuse not shaking hands, with this pandemic still being a thing and I’m a little less resilient health-wise than I was when I worked in a ring.

It’s quite alright, Miss Kaine. I perfectly understand. I would prefer that everyone feel safe and whatnot. My name is Gary Black and I am the head trainer of this facility. I hear you have come aboard to help the newest recruits to the W.W.H. prepare and prosper for more than likely Dystopia unless we feel that they would be a better fit for Sanatorium. So if I may be so forward, what can you bring to the table?
The older woman manages a strained smile, glancing between Gary Black and her companion. She lets out a calming sigh and carefully straightens out her top, brushing out some invisible wrinkles before she speaks again. Mikhail does his best to keep a straight face.

Mrs. Kaine. Lilah Hurst, your ring announcer, is my wife.
She pauses, the smile turning to something more genuine.

I’m the type to let my reputation speak for itself, but I’m also not arrogant enough to think that everyone should know of me. I’d assumed your office would have given you my resume, but in light of them not doing so...I bring twenty years of experience just as a competitor, I’ve held numerous world titles, in addition to other championship belts. Since my retirement, I’ve trained two world champions--one of which held the Asylum title on WWH’s Sanatorium brand for quite some time until her other trainer took it from her.
Mikhail notices her posture waver and steadies her with a hand on her elbow. She pauses and breathes deep, thankful for him catching that.
He holds up his hand to indicate that he is heard enough.

Miss Jada, I have indeed looked over your resume. It’s just I prefer to hear from the person themselves on what they can actually do. That is quite impressive. I am well aware of one of your trainees. Nikki Caldwell is quite the competitor indeed. I personally have 10 years of in-ring competition but I decided to take a step back from it for not only personal reasons but also because I have been through some rather hellacious encounters in that span of time. I have also held numerous world titles and other championship belts. Here in the W.W.H. alone, I have held the Hardcore Title, the W.W.H. Asylum Championship and one reign as W.W.H. World Tag Team Champions. And my group. The Order of The Soulless are also rather prolific when it comes to gold as well. So I also know what it is like to have helped train champions as well. So, I do apologize if I may have pressed any buttons or nerves for this. It’s a formality for my sake.

My apologies for the impatience, I like to get right to the point. I was never very good at the formalities outside of the club or the ring.
She smiles to the head trainer, letting out any tension in her frame as she shifts her weight from one foot to the other.

Don’t mind him, he’s just here to make sure I keep my ass out of the ring as well as keep the trainees off of me. Told you, I’m a bit more delicate than before, but the training style proves itself.
The private security consultant snorts but agrees with her.

Her wife will have my head if I don’t do everything in my power to keep her safe.
Gary nods in agreement.

That’s fair. I also have a security person floating around to help with my personal security and also the security of the grounds. His name is Darrell Anderson. Can’t miss him, he’s 6’ 6” and about 300 lbs of power. But back to your statement about you entering the ring with the trainees, that should be a problem. Myself and the other trainers can certainly handle the in-ring training, while if you can assist in any way you feel fit. I am a very lenient boss and I am sure Ms. Hurst would probably hurt me as well if anything were to happen to you. Do you have any further questions for me, Ms. Jada?

Then they head out of his office as Gary goes back to doing some paperwork and whatnot as the scene fades to black.
