Notes: Internal competition is not only welcomed but encouraged so long as it remains within the bounds of "What happens in the ring stays in the ring." After all iron sharpens iron and the best way to improve as both a group as individuals is to compete against talent. Long term goal is to have members hold all the gold at once in the WWH but to get there in such a way that doesn't leave the company open to internal or external destruction. Having learned the lessons of having both management and all the titles in the hands of the same organization Imperium will play the role of Guardian of Balance for the WWH. The Imperium will, once certain membership numbers are reached, be composed of multiple sub-groups. Each of these sub-groups will be formed by either member preference or brand needs.
